"Box showed up fine, but I’m still side-eyeing it"
The packaging was actually decent and the box arrived safe enough. Nothing looked damaged, though I’ll admit I was a little suspicious when I first saw it, like I was expecting something to be messed up. But overall, it held up fine.

"Decent selection, but double-check availability"
I’ll give ezselects.com credit for having a good variety of stuff to browse through. I actually found a few items I hadn’t seen on other sites, which was a nice surprise. That said, not everything I clicked on was actually in stock, so just a heads up, don’t get too set on something until you confirm it’s available. Overall, there’s still plenty to choose from, but it’s worth checking carefully before you plan around a purchase

"Had to wait, but they got it fixed"
I had a small issue with my order and got a bit frustrated waiting around for an update. Once they finally got back to me, though, they sorted it out quickly. I’m happy it’s fixed now, just wish the waiting part had been smoother.

"Pretty fair deal for the price"
I ordered a few things from Ezselects, and overall I’d say the prices were reasonable. The quality wasn’t flawless, but to be fair, it was about what I expected for what I paid. Nothing felt like a ripoff, and everything was good enough that I’d probably shop there again.

"Quick help right when I needed it"
I had a quick question about my order, so I sent them a message. i wasn’t expecting much tbh :)
They replied fast and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response, which I really appreciated!

Everything got sorted without me having to follow up again. Solid customer service, and I’d definitely use ezselects.com again :)

"Clear prices, no surprise fees"
I liked that price was clear right from start. There wasn’t any random extra fees popping up later or weird confusing stuff at checkout. It felt straightforward and easy to trust. I’d use ezselects.com again

"Arrived faster than I thought"
I ordered this on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday, which surprised me. I was kind of expecting there to be some delay and maybe an apology email or something, but the tracking was easy to follow and everything showed up quickly. No complaints from me on the shipping...

I ended up choosing the wrong item and had to ask for a refund. It wasn’t instant, took a few days for the money to come back, but support was helpful enough and it got sorted in the end. If you’re in the same situation, I’d say just contact them clearly and keep an eye on your payment method for a couple of days
